Service Overview
"Digitalwebgo" maintains a strict non-tolerance policy for all its terms and conditions, requiring both "Digitalwebgo" and the Client to adhere to them precisely. Under our firm terms and conditions and the duty arising from the binding association between "Digitalwebgo" and the Client through these terms, the Client must abide by the outlined provisions.
"Digitalwebgo" and the Client hereby concur to the subsequent terms and conditions regarding provisions supplied by "Digitalwebgo."
The Service will be delivered to the Client corresponding to the Packages selected by the Client, as itemized on the "Digitalwebgo" website. The Client's Design concepts will be developed through an iterative process involving a Creative Briefing, Sampling, Client feedback, Revisions, and ultimately, the final design confirmation aligning with the Client's Creative Briefing and input, coupled with the dedicated and creative work of "Digitalwebgo."
"Digitalwebgo" is fully committed to furnishing 100% bespoke graphic designs for its Customers.
In accordance with "Digitalwebgo's" general terms concerning interaction between "Digitalwebgo" and the Client, the Client bears sole responsibility and obligation for preparing and dispatching thorough responses and timely input on our graphic design specification briefings and inquiries. This ensures time efficiency and that the Client remains fully informed about deadlines for revisions, samples, termination, and refunds.
"Digitalwebgo" has no obligation to examine a creative briefing for further commentary for any reason, including its accuracy, completeness of information, novel concepts, samples or designs, quality, or clarity. "Digitalwebgo" may elect, at its sole administrative judgment, to decline a creative briefing, revision request, or Client feedback. The provision for standard revisions and further revisions via service add-ons also allows "Digitalwebgo" to implement basic or minor adjustments requested by the Client through the feedback brief, ensuring that once a conceptual design provided is approved by the Client, no further revisions under that scope are permitted. The Client must remit an additional payment to request supplementary concepts and should submit any request for additional concepts, along with associated supplementary charges, through prompt correspondence with the "Digitalwebgo Support Team."
When "Digitalwebgo" furnishes a set of designs, samples, or concepts to the Client consistent with the sample quantity permitted under the base service package (which varies by service), the Client must review and reply swiftly.
If the Client neglects to notify "Digitalwebgo" promptly that the designs, samples, or concepts do not align with the provided feedback or requirement within a maximum period of 14 days from the order placement time, the Client will be automatically deemed to have approved the supplied designs or samples unless they inform the Digitalwebgo Support Team otherwise.
Furthermore, if the Client is automatically deemed to have accepted the designs, samples, or concepts due to a lack of response to drafts, samples, designs, or concepts sent by "Digitalwebgo" within the maximum 14-day window from order placement, the Client also forfeits the entitlement to a reimbursement. For comprehensive details on our refund policy, please consult the terms stipulated under ‘Refund’ in these terms and conditions.
If the Client informs "Digitalwebgo" that the design does not reasonably meet or correspond to the Client's feedback, the Client must provide specifics regarding the alterations or modifications to be made to the initial samples. Following this input, the Client will receive a response confirming adherence to the supplementary criteria requested, which corresponds to the maximum number of revisions allowed within the 14-day timeframe, as detailed under the ‘Revision’ terms and conditions and aligned with the base package plan of the respective order.
Project Timeline
The Client agrees to offer prompt replies to "Digitalwebgo" upon receipt of service status notifications and emails from "Digitalwebgo." The Client has a 14-day window to respond to the set of designs, samples, or concepts sent for review and feedback. If the Client fails to communicate or respond after 14 days, "Digitalwebgo" will consider the project concluded.
Following this timeframe, "Digitalwebgo" will have no further commitment to the Client regarding any revision requests, and the Client remains responsible for the full order expense as determined at the time of ordering.
However, in uncommon scenarios, if the Client anticipates needing more than 14 days to provide a response or feedback on the designs, samples, or concepts submitted, the Client is obligated and required to notify the "Digitalwebgo Support Team" accordingly, allowing "Digitalwebgo" to maintain the project in an active status.

The “Digitalwebgo Team” will consider the Customer’s final design as the approved sample, provided that the Customer has approved this design or sample or concept without using any of the default revisions or additional purchased revisions. The Customer loses the right to revise.
If a customer wishes to develop a new concept, there will be additional charges incurred and Customers should reach out to the “Digitalwebgo Support Team.”
Each Creative Service Package offered by “Digitalwebgo” to its Customers includes a specified number of free revisions with each package.
All services in the basic service package come with a minimum of two free versions, as well as additional versions, depending on which service is ordered. Revisions will generally be made based on each order with the original design used when creating the new design.
Digitalwebgo offers customers the option to request more revisions as an add-on service. Customers can request revisions ranging from four to ten, and additional revision requests are generally considered extra charges added to the total cost of the order.
Customers are eligible to submit a first revision request within 14 calendar days from the day they placed their order. If they have taken the full 14 days from their order placement date and have not made a revision request, DigitalwebGo will no longer be liable or have any legal obligation to accept the customer's request for a revision to the work completed beyond 14 days from the date of order placement. Furthermore, all revisions included in the basic package, as well as any additional revisions purchased by the customer, are no longer valid after the 14-day period.
If the Customer is communicating clearly and has responded to drafts or briefings sent to him by the "Digitalwebgo" after all drafts or briefs were placed into the system or after the maximum length of time for which feedback may be given to the Customer is 14 days (whatever comes first) then, the "Digitalwebgo" cannot cancel the revisions and are still required to respond to customer feedback on the sample or briefing they sent to the Customer.

"Digitalwebgo" has zero tolerance regarding all terms and conditions; therefore, both customers and "Digitalwebgo" must strictly adhere to the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions make a strong requirement that all customers are obligated to abide by them based on the binding relationship established through the terms and conditions of "Digitalwebgo."
“Digitalwebgo” will provide refunds to customers who are unhappy with their design, sample, or concept if those customers communicate their dissatisfaction and get in touch with the “Digitalwebgo Support Team,” either through email or by using the Refund Request Form with Digitalwebgo.

Digitalwebgo and the Customer are each holding onto their own individual right as defined by this section of the terms of use to claim a refund under no circumstances other than what is defined in the Refund Policy itself. The only circumstance where you can claim a refund for a design is if the refund request is received within 14 calendar days from when you approve or accept the designed product and your approval signifies that you are satisfied with the final design. If you approved the design and confirmed that it meets your criteria, you will not be eligible to receive a refund for the design.

This refund clause establishes that "Digitalwebgo" will not accept or process an individual refund if the customer does not respond at all (by any means of communications) to either of our customer service reps; OR communicate to customer service reps (by any means of communications) the reason for their unavailability within a maximum of 14 days. For this clause and all other terms and conditions, the company has imposed a zero level tolerance.
If the Customer asks for a refund within 14 days then Digitalwebgo has the right to look at the situation. Decide what to do. This refund will be the total order cost minus a minimum of 10 percent. The order cost will have 10 percent deducted from it before the refund is given. We do this because the order has not been worked on by our team members. The 24 hour time frame, for termination of the order is important.
- According to the terms and conditions, for cancelling an order we only allow cancellation within 24 hours. If our team has worked on the order during these 24 hours we refund up to 60% of the order cost. The refund amount depends on how much work has been done on the order.
